This uniquely designed workshop relies a lot on effective sports psychology techniques. Techniques that help students improve focus, deal with distractions, grow confidence in themselves, to instill a healthy belief system, intensify rational thoughts, improve or balance motivation for optimal performance, develop coping skills to deal with set backs and errors, to develop different study techniques and plans and peaking at the right time.
